WHO WE ARE
G’day! I’m Greg, owner / head Personal Trainer here at Wild Stride Fitness in Banyule, Victoria. I have a passion and drive to help you and our local community maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have competed locally and statewide in a large variety of sports over the years like Triathlons, Ultra Marathons and trail running events. I have a history and knowledge with endurance sports as well as strength and conditioning training in the outdoors.
Whether you are wanting to build lean muscle, lose weight, get moving outside or train for a specific event or goal, we can certainly get you there. We understand that it can be a challenge to start a new fitness program or group and our goal is to assist you all the way.
